If you think Carvana or CarMax will best serve your 2nd largest purchase (assuming your not part of the top 5%'s) then your missing out! Give them a try. Explain what your transportation needs and desires are with your next vehicle. Share honestly with them what you can afford. These are the principles I believe Miller Motors aspires as a New and Used Automobile Dealer. Give them a shot. Share with them honestly what you've seen in the market. Challenge them to provide a vehicle to meet all your requirements... price, options and service. I asure you, Miller Motors respects and appreciates every sale. Don't sell yourself short over a few hundred dollars. Miller invests in loyalty and customer satisfaction. Miller's lifetime drivetrain warranty and all the other client driven value-added services are difficult to place a dollar amount when the focus is a bottomline "purchase price". Do not understimate ALL of Miller's value added services. Carmax, Carvana... etc. Good luck. I dislike the Dentist and Car Dealers equally. The difference is the Dentist appointment is over in an hour or so where the Car Dealer lingers for years. Negotiating, Wasting time , Feeling Guilty, Feeling Obligation, Compromising a Financial plan, Urgency, Commitment, Value, Regrets and Remorse. I'm sure I missed a couple other negative experiences and emotions. All I can say is WOW! I'm grateful to have found Miller Motors. They have earned my loyalty and more importantly my tight fisted dollars. Give them a chance... they make it easy. More
