Ken was very helpful to explain the functions found on the stirring wheel and their usage. The warranty was covered by Chrysler and carried thru to the dealership. Knowing my pre-owned vehicle had life-time warranty on drive train helped with my decision to buy. As a plus they also offer life-time car washes. The facilities/buildings are well maintained which is important to me. It represents pride in dealer ownership which should translate to excellent service when I need maintenance. More
