Negotiating price We had a great experience finding this car on the website. It was easy to filter just the cars we wanted and all the info on the car was there. We pray for good salespeople and found one in Scott Lindbloom. We called in advance to see if the car was there and talked to Scott. He was there and available when we got there, and answered all our questions and was not pushy at all. He let us take the car to our mechanic, who was 30 miles away, with no problem. When we decided we wanted to purchase this vehicle there was no pressure. The negotiation was simple and lasted 2 minutes. Scott processed all the paperwork. It was very busy that day and Scott was super accommodating and made the process easy. He even pulled our old vehicle inside, as it was raining, and took a picture of us by it as that trade in had many memories. This was a very good car buying experience. More

They took the time to really explain the vehicle during test drive. Mihajlo was great to work with. Finalizing of paperwork was fast. Most of it was done over the phone already, but even then, the time spent at the dealer during pick up was minimal. That was very nice compared to prior experiences at other dealers. Mihajlo also took the time to show the service and parts departments so you know where to go for future needs at the dealer. We live 1hr away, but would still consider going to the dealer for routine items because of the customer experience.-Andrew B. More
