During my search, I talked to seve Overall I was really impressed with the whole experience. I've been shopping for a new truck for a couple months. During my search, I talked to several dealers and most didn't want to do business with me on my terms. By that I mean I wanted to agree on the numbers completely online via email, without coming into the dealership until the deal was done. All the other dealers responded with something on the order of 'come in and we'll work out a deal'. I inquired online about a RAM that Miller had listed on the website. Scott Lindbloom responded to my inquiry and immediately gave me a straight forward quote. We corresponded via email for a couple weeks (it really shouldn't have taken a couple weeks, but this was my indecisiveness, not Scott's fault) until I finally made the decision to buy. Scott was great to work with; I felt like he was fair and transparent with me the whole time. He was also a good communicator; always quickly responding to my emails or calling me back. Even the finance office at the dealership was a pleasant experience (and I HATE this part of auto transactions). Bob was great; I told him I didn't want the extended warranty and he just accepted that and we moved on. This was a pleasant surprise and the opposite of what I've become used to dealing with (most will not take no for an answer and try to sell all kinds of over-priced BS). More

I am a repeat customer because of the great service I get. Last time I brought my 2016 Dodge Journey for an oil change, Devon took excellent care, explained everything that was done, and let me know what I should plan for in the future. Then he delivered back my car all freshly washed. When I brought my new truck in for the special Nano Car Protection, I was given a free rental car.
