See Kenny Daniels I had been looking for a Ford Transit van or a RAM Promaster. I had a list of about 8 dealerships all had mid-4 star ratings and lower except Miller Motors in Burlington had a 4.8 star rating, far above the other dealerships. I knew that Miller Motors had Ford Transits, but I was unsure about the RAM Promaster. I arrived at Miller Motors and noticed in their lot a variety of Ford Transits and 1 RAM Promaster. Kenny Daniels, a Miller Motors sales associate, met me inside the dealership. Kenny listened that my goal was to compare the Ford Transit with the RAM Promaster. Kenny and I went to the lot with a handful of keys and looked at and test drove numerous vehicles so I could compare them. Throughout the process, Kenny was low-key, but knowledgeable. I never felt pushed into making a decision. No high pressure tactics were used. The negotiations went smoothly. I feel Kenny and Miller Motors gave me a fair value for my trade-in and on the purchase price of my new vehicle. More
