Genuinely felt they were working to earn my business My experience with Scott at Miller Motors was leaps and bounds above what I've experienced with other dealers. I inquired about the vehicle over the phone before going in to actually see it. When my family and I walked in and were immediately greeted, by name, with a smile and a handshake. We were shown the vehicle and given the opportunity to test drive on our own. Not all dealers do this, but it was nice to drive and explore on our own without having a salesman with us. We got there fairly late so went home and took the night to decide if we wanted to purchase the vehicle. A really awesome thing about Miller Motors is that they were willing to take down exactly what vehicle/ features we wanted and go find the perfect vehicle for us if they didn't have just that in their inventory. We ended up purchasing the one on the lot, but I thought that was really a great service. Ultimately the Team there worked hard to get the vehicle we wanted at the payment we could afford. I felt they genuinely wanted our business and we weren't just another "sale" to them. The whole experience was great and I would recommend Miller Motors as well as Scott to anybody in the market for a new or used vehicle. Loving the new Pacifica!! More
