Service tech properly diagnosed the rattle noise coming from my new Explorer. Warranty replacement of muffler assembly resolved the issue. Just purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee from Miller Motors. I must say Doug Cook was so great at helping me find exactly the car I was looking for at the payment level I had to stick to. Unlike other dealershi I must say Doug Cook was so great at helping me find exactly the car I was looking for at the payment level I had to stick to. Unlike other dealerships I dealt with, I didn't feel pressured into settling for something that either wasn't right for me or way outside my budget. My wife and I worked with Jay Passey on the purchase of a used vehicle. The experience was great. We traded in a vehicle and got financing and from arrival to driving off with our "new" Jeep only took about used vehicle. The experience was great.
