This buying experience was by far the best I have ever had and I couldn't have ever imagined one this good. Jeff was great, as he was very communicative, but not aggressively. We never felt pressured into anything, and the entire team was just a pleasure to talk to and work with. They ended up delivering our Ford Mustang Mach E to us, to save us from having to drive an hour away. The entire process was drawn out farther than either party would've liked, but that wasn't due to either party. They even brought the new Lightning down for us to test drive, since Jeff knew I was interested in that as well. More
