Thank you for your review(s) and the opportunity to address your comments publicly. I am very concerned that you have inferred your vehicle's boot was "intentionally slashed" by an associate of our dealership. I have been involved with this matter from your very first comments to us. If I had uncovered one-hundredth of 1% indication that this matter was instigated or caused by any associate of Miller Toyota, your repair would have been at no charge and all associates involved would have been terminated immediately. There is no argument that the boot appears to have been cut. When and by whom is the question none of us can answer. In my wildest imagination, I cannot envision anyone, in or out of the automobile business, jeopardizing their career, reputation, livelihood and possibly their freedom over a $150 repair.
