I called the Toyota dealership in Chantilly where we purchased the ve BEST!. On a trip back from PA late Friday evening our headlight burned out. I called the Toyota dealership in Chantilly where we purchased the vehicle (and had it regularly serviced) Saturday a.m. and they couldn't get us in until that Monday - with an hour and a half wait time!! I understand we are not the only customer this dealership has but this is a driving safety issue and bottom line it's changing a bulb. On a whim, I called Miller Toyota and spoke with Mark, explained the situation, the delay getting into the other dealership, and would it be possible to get the car into Miller Toyota that afternoon? Without hesitation, Mark said to bring the car over and he'd change the bulb himself. True to his word, I took the car in, Mark replaced the bulb and the only cost was that of the bulb itself - and 15 minutes time! Miller Toyota, by that simple extension of great customer service, won a family of Toyota owners for future service calls and they will get our business for future Toyota purchases. This is a review of my most recent maintenance visit. Always enjoy the coffee in the waiting room. Service was prompt, professional, and best of all honest and friendly. I drive an hour down and an hour back. I wait and I am happy. Does it get any better than that anywhere? I started using Miller about 3 years ago when a dealer closer to home sold to a bigger company. My other Toyotas are maintained by an old friend close to home. I purchased a new vehicle from Miller and was pleased with the sale and I am still maintaining this vehicle at Miller. I intend to purchase my next vehicle at Miller and continue servicing this one here. I have referred friends to Miller and they are now using Miller. More

I bought my 2013 Highlander in Warrenton and after two attempts the bluetooth was not set up to connect each time I started the car. I had also contacted Manassas about possibly buying the Highlander the attempts the bluetooth was not set up to connect each time I started the car. I had also contacted Manassas about possibly buying the Highlander there so when Sam learned I bought the car in Warrenton he offered service if needed (specifically with the Bluetooth). Since I live in Woodbridge and used Manassas for service with the Highlander I had before this one I had already planned on using Manassas for service again. Sam was very helpful with resetting the Bluetooth for me. No sale for him, the sale was already done and he was still very willing to help. Warrenton contacted me once (two different people) but never followed up or made sure I was taken care of. The night I bought it and went back because it wasn't working, I was rushed through it and it still didn't work after that. I have been happy with the service from Manassas for the last three years and was so impressed with Sam's customer service and willingness to help even though it didn't mean a sale for him that I will likely buy my next Toyota from Manassas. More
The reason I bought 2 cars from this place is the service. Tony Van Hutton and his team are the best. Both Prius's have over 150k miles and keep going strong. I have a 2004 Toyoata Sienna which I bought new at this dealership and I have taken the car back here for service for seven years. The staff is friendly and very cordial and the person working on the car h dealership and I have taken the car back here for service for seven years. The staff is friendly and very cordial and the person working on the car has come to the servie desk to explain what needed to be done and why. All required service is fully explained in advance and if something needs work, that is brought to my addition as well. I have been given loaner cars without even asking and I have been told that I could delay maintenance on some items until the next service interval for they did not need to be replaced just yet. I am quite satisfied with my service. More

We own 2 Toyotas. One is a Highlander (2004) and the other is a Tacoma (2007). We purchased the Tacoma truck at Miller Toyota Scion. The buying experience at Miller's was excellent including the salesperson, finance and processing personnel, the trade-in price we received, and the price of the new Tacoma we purchased. We use Miller's for nearly all our maintenance and service needs. Whether the work is a routine oil change, tire rotation, etc. or more significant such as just having a timing belt replaced, the Service Department does an excellent job in diagnosing any problems, helping you to understand what needs to be done and why, and doing the work at a reasonable cost. Automotive service work is generally expensive regardless who is doing it, but I believe Miller's does the work at a fair and reasonable price compared to other maintenance alternatives. With respect to the Miller's Service Department, we have received exceptional help from Mr. Mark Taylor, Assistant Service Manager, as well as other service representatives. The customer service/cashier personnel are really good also. We try to take advantage of a rewards program that Miller's has whereby you receive a credit of 10 percent of any maintenance/service costs for work done at Miller's toward the purchase of a new vehicle at Miller's. When we purchase our next vehicle, it will most likely be from Miller's Toyata Scion because we like Toyota vehicles and the sales and service people at Miller's. I highly recommend Miller Toyota Scion for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle or have service work done on their Toyota car or truck. More
