Over the top Service!!! Went to look at another car, mine had a lot of miles plus the clear coat was coming off. Went to Cross Pointe Motors. Jeff Bowers was our sales person, he pointed out a suzuki that I could afford, took it on a test drive and fell in love with it but just couldn't do the payments that I was comfortable with, we left without the car I didn't think too much about it just figured that it wasn't met to be. Then one week later Jeff called and asked if I had found a car which I had looked but didn't see one that I liked as much as the suzuki, I told him no, he asked me to give him a price that I was comfortable paying. I told him he said he would see what he could do and that he would call back, which he did!!! He got the car payment where I was comfortable with and I was able to get the car and feel good about the payments. I feel he went that extra mile and I am sooo glad he did. He is a wonderful person/sales person he is not pushy and he genuinely cares about his customers. There are a couple things that need to be done with the car but that is out of Jeff''s hands and I have do doubt that it will get taken care of!! MB More

Boy have they changed!! Well Ray Steele.. you leave much to be desired. Rude, cut you off mid sentence and doesn't listen at all. For one because I'm a woman he treated me like I was a moron who only cared about the vanity mirrors. When test driving, I expressed my concern about the way the vehicle shifted and all I got was "all these models do this" then a clock and bull bunch of facts about the car. The asking price was four thousand dollars above msrp, and when I addressed that he laughed. Other salesmen sitting on the bench at the door loudly joking about other customers doesn't leave a good impression either. All around horrible experience, but I am glad I left mad at the service, I made a trip to Koons Ford in Sterling Va, and bought a brand new car for six thousand dollars less then the two year old hunk of junk Miller was trying to sell. Every salesman at Koons was amazing, and their WOW prices cannot be beat. They gave me the best experience. More

They both answered all of the questions that I had with very helpful answers. Friendliness is a huge factor for me whenever to comes to a business deal. I will have non problem going elsewhere to buy something if the people that I'm dealing with don't seem to even acknowledge my presence. Definitely not the case with these two! Jeff was fantastic! He came out and helped us through the whole process with great kindness and efficiency. He rode along when we test drove the car and answered any questions we had. After we got back to th whole process with great kindness and efficiency. He rode along when we test drove the car and answered any questions we had. After we got back to the dealership and decided to move forward he noticed some small details that we had not noticed. The car was a little dirty and the tire pressure was a little off. He apologized and made sure that everything was fixed, cleaned, and we left with a full tank of gas. He was great to work with and really made me feel at ease in the dealership. Matt Keefer talked us through all the money and paperwork. He also worked with the dmv so that I left the dealership with new tags and plates. Which is a huge deal because I don't have to make an extra trip to the dmv and sort all this stuff out myself. This was my first time buying a car myself and this dealership really made me feel like a winner. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
