not real sure where the official reviews are so i`m hoping this is the correct place but ill be spreading the news of my excellent treatment and great experience purchasing our new car saying 5 stars w hoping this is the correct place but ill be spreading the news of my excellent treatment and great experience purchasing our new car saying 5 stars would NOT be enough more like a 10 star experience especially after the disappointing time we had on Saturday at Green Chevrolets Scott Lawrence. i originally pre-qualified online to avoid any unexpected disappointments spoke to him via a phone call and was good to go only to go home with wife in tears disappointed only to go back online and be contacted almost immediately from a makinzie i think who set me up with Ed Miller who was absolutely wonderful listened to what we wanted and made it happen!!!******at 2 minutes after closing time on Saturday(if that tells you how long we were delayed at greens 10am appointment)Ed Called me explained what we needed to do and we made appointment for monday morning at 9am after which spoke to Valarie Lawton who was very thorough explaining and answering all our questions******our previous experience with scott he had triple booked our appointment time and i guess didnt need or want our business as i explained the same issues with him as i did Ed as we are on a fixed income and after waiting for his triple booking he came back (scott) with 100.00 a month more than we talked about and refused to set us up with a lease im a 59 year old man and NEVER purchased a new car so this was a bucket list item for both my wife and myself and with the whole Mills staff felt welcome and our business was wanted and was in and out in 1/2 the time we spent on Saturday and the Gentleman we spoke to for our financing end (sorry forgot his name )was great as well he was a marine and deserves 10 stars for serving our country but gave us 7 star service so needless to say my Wife and I are extremely happy with our Mills experience and even though most of my family for the last 30 years went to greens i believe ill be starting at Mills and be passing on my experience to all i can brag to about our new car!!! and to all i talk to will be recommending Mills over Greens Hands Down same makes and model but superior service!! go to Mills More

Horrible Experience PLEASE READ IN FULL...Sorry, this will be a little long. I recently and just recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Ive been searching for PLEASE READ IN FULL...Sorry, this will be a little long. I recently and just recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Ive been searching for months as I have a rear facing beautiful little daughter and another daughter due in 7 weeks. We definitely needed a larger vehicle! I was looking for this particular vehicle and am willing to look anywhere in the US if the price is worth the trip. I did find 3 of the exact same vehicles. 2016 White GMC Yukon... All 3 of the vehicles were similar, the other two had about 4000 less miles, it really just broke down to the distance I needed to travel to purchase it. The prices... all the exact same, as I have documentation on all three showing this so you dont just have to take my word for it. It was a blind buy as I had to travel 5 hrs to get the vehicle... not to mention I had to rent a one way car and stay in a hotel. So I was just taking all of there words for the condition of the vehicle.... and of course it was in great shape and didnt have anything wrong with it. THIS VEHICLE FULLY PASSED THERE CERTIFIED INSPECTION....Upon arrival, I had to set for quite sometime before I was helped. I did go and take a look in the meantime and noticed the tires were balding in odd places on the front two tires. I asked about the alignment and of course they told me it was completely in alignment. Then they told me it was more than likely from the tires not being rotated... Which is odd with the tires balding in odd spots and not the whole tire. Along with this there were no floor mats in the vehicle and of course they only had one key fob because they could not find the other one... They did end up finding it and sending me that thank god. I didnt leave the dealership until after 3:00 and when I went to start the vehicle it was on below empty after me being told they would have if filled up and ready to go. Here comes the bad part. From the minute I left the dealership, every turn and bump I took the drivers seat shifted and moved. I also have had a drivers assist warning light on from minute one. I thought to myself, i will just take it to a dealership here in town and maybe it is just an error and a quick fix. I have now taken it to 3 of the largest GM dealerships in town and 1 of them being the largest in the Country... Everyone has came back with the same thing... THERE IS NO WAY THIS SHOULD OF AND COULD HAVE PASSED ANY INSPECTION... I then took it for a couple more opinions and took the vehicle to 2 smaller privately owned mechanics who also concurred with this.. $4000.00 WORTH OF WORK NEEDS TO BE DONE TO THIS. STRUTS ARE COMPLETELY SHOT AND THAT IS WHAT IS CAUSING THE TIRES TO WEAR IN ODD SPOTS AS WELL AS THE SEAT NEEDING TO BE FIXED AND A DRIVER ASSIST CENSOR IS COMPLETELY BROKEN. There fix..... they sent me a $53.50 censor and that was it. I talked to the GM multiple times as well as THE OWNER. I told them I would be willing to drive back to them if they could help alleviate some of the cost. I WAS TOLD BY ALL THAT THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING MORE THAN WHAT THEY DID. KEEP IN MIND THEY GOT THERE ASKING PRICE AND SOME!!! BUYER BE WARE........................................... I KNOW WHEN YOU BUY A USED CAR, IT COMES AS IS BUT NOT IF THE VEHICLE IS NOT IN THE CONDITION THEY SAID IT WAS IN. I do have there certified inspection showing they passed all of this completely in the green...not even in the yellow. AND NOW I HAVE 5 CERTIFIED INSPECTIONS SHOWING IN THE RED! i HAVE DOCUMENTATION ON ALL OF THIS! EVERY EMAIL...EVERY BIT OF PAPERWORK...EVERYTHING. More

Fast and Honest Service We arrived at Mill's Chevy within 2 hours of closing time. The front desk matched us with Scott, and he took us out on a test drive of a 2014 Prius. We arrived at Mill's Chevy within 2 hours of closing time. The front desk matched us with Scott, and he took us out on a test drive of a 2014 Prius. He was a laid-back, friendly gentleman and we didn't feel any uncomfortable pressure to buy. We think he really wanted to get us into the right car for us, at the right price. When we came inside to negotiate and sign papers, Scott was to the point and fair. This was the first time we bought a car, but Scott made sure we were fully informed. (However, one of his colleagues was acting defensive when my wife asked for paperwork regarding the car's history of services and repairs.) After we came to a fair price, Rick Libansky took us in to finish the financial paperwork. We were very impressed by Rick's service. He was organized and efficient, and managed to jump through a number of hoops for us (our trade-in car had a license plate from FL instead of IA, and the credit union at which we were pre-approved was already closed for the day). We told him that we already had our credit check at the credit union for our financing, and he avoided checking our credits unnecessarily a second time. My wife commented that she usually felt uneasy when other people handled paperwork but Rick was so attentive and clear, he earned the stamp of approval! Everything went smoothly. The dealership also let us leave with the car the same day, and processed things with the bank the next day. This saved us a few hours of driving. All in all, the whole process took us about 2.5 hours, including the test drive, negotiation, and paperwork. Rick and Scott stayed nearly 1 hour past their regular closing time to help us finish the deal. Thank you, we are very grateful for your help! The only qualm we had was the plastic cover under the engine was not well attached and began to drag under the car when we got it home. I think the mechanics forgot to put a few pegs in after they changed the oil. After purchase, we took the car to our regular mechanics, who fixed this (very minor) issue and said the car was in good condition otherwise. Overall, we're very impressed by the service we received at Mill's Chevy! More

Scott did an incredible job getting a awesome deal for us, while Rick did a fabulous job crunching the numbers to make our deal the best it could have been. I am greatly impressed with Mills Chevrolet and will be returning when my wife wants a new Chevy. A job well done by both guys! Thanks again! More

Worthless warranty My 3500 HD Duramax was just about to go into limp mode and limit me to 35 MPH. Mills was the closest dealer. Got in and they got right on the diagnosi My 3500 HD Duramax was just about to go into limp mode and limit me to 35 MPH. Mills was the closest dealer. Got in and they got right on the diagnosis, failed DEF tank. NOT IN STOCK. Said they could have the parts Monday and this was Sat. I had to rent a Dodge and get home as they didn't have a loaner. This repair was covered under the extended coverage so NO cost to me. Well not quite. A week later $500 poorer for the Dodge rental I headed back. This is a 12 hour round trip. The service advisor said hold up. During final testing the fan shroud sucked into the radiator and did $1200 in damage. Mills said it was not put back together correctly so the damage is on longboine Chevrolet that did the last repair just 500 miles into the 12month 12K mile earlier. Mills would not release my vehicle without paying. So I did then went back to Longbine. They said they did not have the shroud apart and the repair goes back to the previous dealer that had the cab off. Took my info to them and they said Longbine couldn't make the repair without having the shroud apart. I went back to Longbine and the mechanic said now that he did have the cab off. I called Chevrolet customer service. 4 months in and all three dealers are blaming each other but agree that it's nothing I did and should not have failed if properly reinstalled. Chevrolet customer service says they can't do anything even though they say the warranty is on Chevrolet. BS, if I had a dime for every time CSS people said I'm sorry i could have paid the bill. This is complete BS. I have bought over 35 vehicles from Chevrolet since 1996 and this is the way they treat customers. More
