In my opinion, I believe that Ford Mills in Barter has as good a service department as any dealership in the country. I have always been treated well by everyone at Mills. Mills is not my local Ford dealership and was over 3 hours from where I live. Hunter however had the car and everything else ready to go when I arrived to pick it up. I was poorly greeted. The brakes were not inspected and I was not given an explanation. I was told to “enjoy the new oil”, which is an odd reply. I was told my vehicle was washed and it clearly was not. I returned the next day to have it washed by Gary. He is the only person I encountered who was polite, kind and professional. Ashlee did not greet me at all when I paid. In fact when I reached for her to hand me the receipt to sign, she pulled it back from my reach and loudly said “you have to sign this”. This was disturbing to me as I was trying to sign the receipt. She covered the notice saying there is a credit card fee. When I asked about the upcharge, she was extremely rude. I have been going to Quick Lane for years. The last two times have been a non-professional experience. Please train your employees in customer service. I do not know if I’ll return to this establishment. More
