This dealer sold me a new CRV-Hybrid which developed a knocking noise when the engine engaged. I took it in with less than 3000 mi and after two weeks I was informed that they did not have a mechanic cer knocking noise when the engine engaged. I took it in with less than 3000 mi and after two weeks I was informed that they did not have a mechanic certified to work on a Hybrid and that it would need to be towed to an other dealer miles away! Not happy with a dealer that doesn't tell you before you buy that they can not service your new vehicle More

Never worked with or met Luke Jordan to my knowledge so I have no opinion. Working with Connor was as good or better than you could expect. He was very friendly and efficient. He offered some options and add have no opinion. Working with Connor was as good or better than you could expect. He was very friendly and efficient. He offered some options and add-ons but was not pushy in the least. Several years ago, I worked with their service department, and they were very good. They were always friendly and courteous. typically service is great, had fuel pump replace due to Honda recall a month later car wouldn't start had to have it towed. The fuel pump wasn't put in exactly right. they fixed this at no charge. Unfortunately the person doing the work put deep scratches in the door panel and scratched down through the paint to metal. Mills is taking care of this for me. More
