This dealer sold me a new CRV-Hybrid which developed a knocking noise when the engine engaged. I took it in with less than 3000 mi and after two weeks I was informed that they did not have a mechanic cer knocking noise when the engine engaged. typically service is great, had fuel pump replace due to Honda recall a month later car wouldn't start had to have it towed. The fuel pump wasn't put in exactly right. they fixed this at no charge.
