Arrived a bit early for scheduled service, Jim and Jessica both were friendly and fast. A dirty filter was found during the inspection after oil change, we were shown the problem, told the cost, and i Jessica both were friendly and fast. I brought my Pilot in because the rear camera quit functioning properly- camera itself was working, but would no longer change color or beep as I backed up to another vehicle or object. I was told tha functioning properly- camera itself was working, but would no longer change color or beep as I backed up to another vehicle or object. I was told that they would have to replace the camera. Service technicians “installed new rear camera sensors working as designed per last update”. I paid $702.18, got into my car, backed up to the vehicle behind me, and it still DID NOT BEEP! If that was the purpose of my bringing in my vehicle, why were they going to have me pay for a new camera and send me home with NOTHING fixed? Apparently your staff just installs parts without ensuring that they actually fix the problem. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! And now your service manager THINKS it needs some cables replaced, so I have to come back AGAIN, but can’t get in until 5/9. My question is, why didn’t they actually test it out to see that they hadn’t fixed my problem at all before they were going to send me home? You get a zero rating from me on this one! More
