So we went in and Eric Trandell was sho AMAZING AWESOME FANANTASTIC!!! Tony and I went in looking for the new F150 and found it at Milnes Dealership. So we went in and Eric Trandell was showing us the one on the show room floor. Eric knew all about the new line, we where very impressed with him. So we went back in February and sat down with him and special ordered our truck. We also delt with Dave Lightfoot (NEW CAR MGR.) he told how long it would take and where are truck was being made,and that him or Eric would keep us inform on the progress of our truck. And we picked it on March 16,2015. It was just awesome to see it ready for us. Eric took his time explaining all the bells and whistles to us. And everyone of the employees where just as excite as we were. We can't explain enough how great everyone was to us, we have dealt with 2 other Ford dealerships in the pass and they can't even compete with the GUYS AT MILNES FORD !!!!! I came in on Wednesday to test-d Rhonda and Chad (Service Manager) were BEYOND wonderful in helping with my shopping experience for my first real car. I came in on Wednesday to test-drive a car that Chad had handpicked for me, and then came back on Friday to pick it up because I fell in love with it so much. They both did an awesome job at closing the deal, even though we ran into some complications Rhonda was determined I was going to leave with my car on Friday.:) She was very personable and made a genuine connection with me, for her it wasn't just about the sale.
