Being a new vehicle and wanting everything to functional we were disappointed. But that is where the story takes a turn for the better!! Keep reading ....I emailed our service rep (Aaron Leonard) at midnight, and explained to him the situation, and that I would be bringing the car back the next morning. Amazingly he emailed me back at 1:45am indicating he was sorry to hear of the situation, and they would do what was necessary to make us happy. I then got another email from the New Car Sales Manager (David Lightfoot) at 6:45am indicating that when I come in, to see him. When I did arrive, everyone was focused on the same goal, and that was to make us happy. We ended up getting a different vehicle as we did not feel comfortable with the one we brought back, and there were no questions asked, no attitudes, just professionals. They even gave me a free loaner while we waited for them to find a alternate vehicle that was like the one we had. In short we were treated like you would expect as you are making a major purchase. Great staff, and can't say enough good about them. Great Ford Dealership! More
