Bill Gunther handled our process, and got us an unbelievable deal on a new vehicle. Totally blew my expectations out of the water. Keith, the finance guy, is upfront and honest with you. There is no wheeling and dealing with this company, they just take what you want, and roll with it, while creating a great and comfortable buying experience. They had to trade with another dealership but did so without any delay in our lease being processed. Cody and the dealership had all the paperwork done in advance so there was no waiting on our end. Flew in from WIsconsin and car was not as described I responded to an add on autotrader.com. The car was listed as a GMC Envoy with Leather and an SLT. I flew in from Wisconsin and when I went to vie I responded to an add on autotrader.com. The car was listed as a GMC Envoy with Leather and an SLT. I flew in from Wisconsin and when I went to view the car it was not the same car as shown. THe car was listed as leather and it had cloth. It was listed as an SLT and was not. The manager insisted it was an SLT and was sitting near an SLT and was obviously not. The manager also tried to sell me on how clean the car was. It had a small amount of rust in 2 places. WHen I asked if it had XM radio he did not know what it was. I had to take the car after it was discounted $800. I had no choice as it was my only way home. The Finance gal was the only one who seemed to know what was going on. If you buy a car from these guys make sure they have actually seen the car and make sure they are not using stock photos. More
Ridiculous! After laying down nearly 20k cash to buy a Certified 2013 escape in March I quickly started having problems. Problems that should have been found IMO After laying down nearly 20k cash to buy a Certified 2013 escape in March I quickly started having problems. Problems that should have been found IMO during the inspection (likely never happened) and during the time one of their office girls drove the vehicle as a demo.... like the heated seats and 12v outlet not working (since the seats were in the heat on position and she had items plugged in in another harder to use spot for 12v accessories). They gouged the plastic trim (this is less then a week after me purchasing it) and told me no problem they would order new trim and a new module for replace what they damaged. Granted it wasn't horrible, but I've had the car less then a week and its not my fault they did a poor job with a customers car.... It is now mid August and I have asked about it several times and keep getting the run around. Still haven't heard anything back from my last visit a couple weeks ago. The kid working the service desk tried telling me my tires that were falling apart in chunks (which a tire shop told me was due to a manufacturer defect) and had a blow out with one was because I was doing burn outs.... yeah burn outs in a 1.6L 4 cylinder. I have put 20k miles (much of which is hwy) on the car in 4 months, I don't stop long enough to do that many burn outs even if the car was able to "light em up" LMAO!!! The first 10k miles all tires wore evenly, the second 10k the tires were completely bald with noticable chunks missing, if I was doing burn outs I doubt I started doing them after already putting 10k miles on the thing. ... Also it took 6 tries (and me telling them multiple times it was battery/ alternator related due to research I did on the internet) to figure out that my alternator was bad when I bought the car as well.... which I think they knew something was going on when I bought it because the battery cover was off when I test drove it and again when I bought it (despite me replacing it when I test drove it) but I didn't really think anything of it before buying it. Then after one of my oil changes the kid apparently didn't check my levels/ top everything off because the next day I was having problems and it ended up being low coolant... literally the day after an oil change where this should have been checked. So if you want to be told your hot rodding your grocery getter, poor service, and have your car damaged at their hands and never repaired despite being told it would be feel free to give Milnes a try... I won't be back! More
