My sales consultant's Val Hamilton and Rhonda Jones were on top of things from the moment I walked in. There was no waiting upon arrival, not the normal high pressure sales pitch and they were willing to spend as much time as needed for me to purchase a car. Right away I noticed a big difference and new I was in the right dealer. The car was the exact car I had been looking for and was in great condition. Rhonda took over during the loan process and really cared about my purchase and rates I was about to get through the entire process. Purchase of a New Explorer I have been looking for a new vehicle and had been to several dealerships but because of the lost I would have taken with my Ford Fusion was too big. I have been looking for a new vehicle and had been to several dealerships but because of the lost I would have taken with my Ford Fusion was too big. Rhonda took the time and found almost enough rebates to cover the lost. My husband and I have made several purchases of vehicles and have never had such a good experience. I didn't feel pressured or rushed(which is unbelievable). She explained to me all my options and was able to find what I wanted for a price I could afford.
