I took my vehicle in for 2 recalls. When I went in the told me it would take about an hour for the repair. I was there for 3 hours. No one ever came to me as I sat waiting for the repairs to tell me it would be longer. After 3 hours they told me only one repair was done as the other parts for the other recall were not there. You would think once they realized it would be much longer someone would have said something to me or offered a ride home. I will not be going back to this dealership for anything. More
