missed diagnosis while I've had satisfactory experiences at Milton Martin Honda in the past, I have noticed a troubled trend in that their Service Advisors suggest rep while I've had satisfactory experiences at Milton Martin Honda in the past, I have noticed a troubled trend in that their Service Advisors suggest repairs that not only unnecessary, but completely unwarranted. I had my wife take my Ridgeline for a routine oil change, and they suggested a timing belt replacement, which I had done at Milton Martin on schedule and it's nowhere near due. They told her they had no record of its replacement. Either they keep terrible service history records, or they are trying to pile on repairs well before needed. Regardless, I will be changed my service provider as a result. When an auto shop puts profits before customer confidence, it's time to go. More

Excellent Service Experience I recently brought my 2015 Honda Accord in to Milton Martin for some repairs and a 60,000 check-up (I’ve managed to log almost 69,000 miles on the Acc I recently brought my 2015 Honda Accord in to Milton Martin for some repairs and a 60,000 check-up (I’ve managed to log almost 69,000 miles on the Accord since I purchased it in April 2015 ? yikes!). I was immediately greeted by Matt McKinley, whom I’d not met. He walked me through the details of the scope of the 60,000 service and what would be involved in assessing the need for repairs that I thought were necessary. He was remarkably courteous and professional. He arranged for a “loaner” for my daily trek to and from Atlanta, and said he would call me around 11:00 a.m. to let me know what, if any, repair work would be needed. He telephoned me at 10:58 a.m. to tell me what was needed by way of repairs (two new tires and some alignment work), and again around 2:00 to advise that my car was ready. When I returned to the dealership around 4:30, Matt went through my invoice, describing in detail all the work that was done, and off I went after paying the bill. The service I received at Milton Martin Honda was as good as any customer could hope for or expect: courteous, professional, prompt and clearly communicated. Since purchasing my Honda in 2015, I’ve consistently received the same level of service from Tot Ingram and Graham Edwards. This is why I do business with Milton Martin Honda ? and why I’ll be back later this year to work with Adam Saviers to purchase a new Honda Accord, which will be our third Milton Martin automobile.
