He was polite, thorough, professional, and answered a few questions for me. From his customer’s perspective, he exceeded my expectations. I’ll rate Josh Lovin 5 ⭐️. I don’t recall meeting Graham Edward’s but if he is over the Service Dept. his Service techs are a reflection of him (5 ⭐️). More
