My most recent experience started with Jennifer scheduling me for an oil change and then fitting me in to take care of a couple of recalls on my My most recent experience started with Jennifer scheduling me for an oil change and then fitting me in to take care of a couple of recalls on my new CRV. She was so helpful and such a pleasure. My service advisor for both the oil change and then the following visit for the recalls, Enzo, was friendly and helpful. I really appreciated his communicating updates throughout the process. He arranged for George to take me to the square while the recall work was being done which was just above and beyond. The service team was very prompt and efficient with not only the oil change but also with doing the work for the two recalls on the car. George was really pleasant and was back to pick me up in a flash once the car was ready. Keep up the great work Team MM Honda! More

This last visit is 1 that I appreciate much. Graham went to the technician who said the tires were still OK, they replaced the sensors. (When sensors go bad, the visual display is loud & large).
