Chad greeted me when I arrived , explained the recall and repair to me, told me how long it might be, and walked me to the waiting room. He texted me soon after to let me know that I could text him at any ti repair to me, told me how long it might be, and walked me to the waiting room. I had to sign papers and he patiently explained each page. He walked me to my car, removed the paper floor mat and number tag and sent me on my way. I greatly appreciate him.
