This is my third honda two of those were purchased at Milton Martin. The only reason my last one was not was because I was in a bind and needed one immediately, and the one I wanted was not on their lot Milton Martin. However I have always had my vehicles serviced with Milton Martin. The staff is amazing. I always choose to wait for my car and it is never and excessive amount of time. They do an awesome job and take the time to answer any questions I may have. I will continue to use Milton Martin will all my future needs. More

Would have given 5 stars, except: I've brought my CR-V to Milton Martin for everything I've had done for it since the first day I bought it, including purchasing tires. I've had lots of extra things adde to Milton Martin for everything I've had done for it since the first day I bought it, including purchasing tires. I've had lots of extra things added over the last seven years as needed. The last service for an oil change and tire rotation was quicker than usual, but, talking with the service attendant, discovered that I had paid for the previous two tire rotations even though I bought the tires there at Milton Martin Honda. I didn't check my receipts carefully, my own fault, but assumed the service department had a record of the tire purchase, knew the tire rotations were free for the life of those tires -- one of the reasons I buy them there -- and took the cost for the rotation off of the final total of my bill. Apparently, they don't keep up with this. I did get the tire rotation free this time, but not reimbursed for the other two I paid for. Disappointing. Make sure to check your invoice so you aren't paying for something you don't have to! More
