I found this dealership while shopping on AutoTrader. They were very quick to answer the questions I submitted online. Other dealerships seemed more interested in getting me to their lot. After spending all day looking at several cars it was a relief to find Jeff Hennen and Patricia Dupreire at Milton Ruben. I recently purchased a brand new camero and discovered that there is a annoying noise that comes from the engine sounds like a wash wash machine type sound in which I thought was unusual since this is my that there is a annoying noise that comes from the engine sounds like a wash wash machine type sound in which I thought was unusual since this is my first Chevrolet. I took it to back to the dealership for them to look at an was told that the sound was NORMAL and I just had to get USE too it. Well I am VERY unhappy needless too say with paying over 34 thousand dollars and haveing to put up with such annoying noise now. Just seems like I bought a cheap car when I thought I was getting quality and now I feel very displeased with this car unfortunately. So be aware to all buyers that the six cylinder cameros make a wash machine type annoying noise !! More

He was totally honest with me and he did tell me it would take some work, but he worked the deal along with all the others involved. The deal was done, and I am driving a new truck that I wanted. The determination of Mr. Folk got me into my new truck, and I will send everyone that is in the market for a new autombile to Milton Ruben and I will tell them to see Mr. Folk. The other dealerships I went to first gave up and didnt put for the effoert to seel me a vehicle. This just goes to show that Milton Ruben and Mr. Folk are in the business to sell vehicles and the attitude and buying experience was incrediable and evryone Ive told about this is suprised of the treatment I got.
