The experience was outstanding. I was told by other dealerships that I was too upside down on my trade and no one would be able to trade my for a couple of years because I was too upside down. wHEN i W dealerships that I was too upside down on my trade and no one would be able to trade my for a couple of years because I was too upside down. wHEN i WENT TO Milton Ruben Rick Folk was my sales person. He was totally honest with me and he did tell me it would take some work, but he worked the deal along with all the others involved. The deal was done, and I am driving a new truck that I wanted. The determination of Mr. Folk got me into my new truck, and I will send everyone that is in the market for a new autombile to Milton Ruben and I will tell them to see Mr. Folk. The other dealerships I went to first gave up and didnt put for the effoert to seel me a vehicle. This just goes to show that Milton Ruben and Mr. Folk are in the business to sell vehicles and the attitude and buying experience was incrediable and evryone Ive told about this is suprised of the treatment I got. They said they would go there for thier next vehicle. Even the guys in clean up were great. I got handshakes and thank you's for buying form Milton Ruben.
