Kelton Hayes was the most helpful person I dealt with during I actually compared prices on my new Toyota with 12 dealerships in the Columbia SC area. Kelton Hayes was the most helpful person I dealt with during that process out of all of the other dealerships. He also gave me the best value that none of the other dealerships could beat, with all numbers clear and fully disclosed. I got a car fully loaded for less than I thought i would pay for a more stripped down model. The buying process was low pressure in all aspects, no pushy finance person talking you into a dumb loan, or pushing add ons you don't want. Kelton was also very knowledgeable about the car. I did my research, watched videos, read websites and he still knew more than I did. I thought this place was to good to be true. This is for real and I suggest anyone check them out before buying elsewhere. Definitely worth the drive! More

Poor Quality I went to the dealership as I am having problems with my key unlocking and locking my doors. After an hour and a half of waiting, I was told my bill I went to the dealership as I am having problems with my key unlocking and locking my doors. After an hour and a half of waiting, I was told my bill for repair would be $600.00. My vehicle is 3 years old and I was told that "mechanical" problems were the reason for my lock system of the car not working properly. I was asked how many times I use my keys to lock and unlock my door! Are you kidding me? sounds like poor quality of the parts used in my car doors. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They were vague, unconcerned and offered no resolution other than less use of my keys to lock my doors and a $600.00 repair bill. I was billed $100.00 for diagnosing the problem, which was misdiagnosed! I was told only my right passenger door lock system needed to be replaced, however upon leaving I showed the service advisor that my front drivers side door was not working as well. Really???? This visit was a total waste of my time and efforts! I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase a Toyota!! More
