I hooked up with Edith Lee (E.J.) on numerous occasions and she went above and beyond with showing me different trucks and was very knowledgeable. I knew when it was time to buy she was the one to help me. Finally made the decision to buy. Hooked up with E.J. and she found the perfect truck for my needs. Discussions were easy and I found myself going thru the purchasing process without nearly as much stress as in the past with other dealers. E.J. was top notch. It was my very first big purchase and I had no clue what I was doing. Jeff Hennen first helped me select a few cars that would work well within my price range. Then, I was helped by Marlo Gant. He was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about each car that I expressed interest in. Marlo went above and beyond to make sure that I absolutely loved the car that I ended up leaving with, that day! Both were very patient with me while making my decision and they didn't try to oversell me on anything! They treated me as if I had been close friends with them for a long time. The customer service was just awesome. As my first big purchase, I felt almost stress free, which is crazy when I was buying my first car to last me for years to come. I have never seen a business work so hard to address and correct the issues. They never tried to imply that I was wrong about my complaints but just went to work fixing the problems. I am very pleased and impressed with their efforts and while they aren't the least expensive dealership in the world they have earned my respect and consideration for any future Toyota needs. More
