I went online and reviewed some vehicles to choose from. I set up an appointment with Don Heathman, who had assisted us with our vehicle search. He was patient and polite, did not rush us in any way. He was able to answer our questions honestly and find us a very nice vehicle for our budget. I will refer my friends and co-workers to Milton Ruben. When we were promise a vehicle to fit our budget and my height (6'3), I got it. We even had thanks and well wishes from the rest of the staff . Thank you very much and stay blessed. More

My car dealers name was Donald Heathman and he was the most patient, most caring, and most professional salesman I have had the pleasure to do busines My car dealers name was Donald Heathman and he was the most patient, most caring, and most professional salesman I have had the pleasure to do business with. Donald not only answered all of my questions, via email per my request, and personally followed through for over three months without pressuring me once. What patience! Donald also gave me space and time to think my purchase through when I needed it. When I finally did make it to the dealership Donald was courteous and listened well to my stringent requests and reasons for my now expedited purchase. He worked through the financial portion and walked me through with the professional financial officer named Robert. If this wasn't awesome enough Donald personally delivered my car that night to my residence since I was in a second car. I do not know what time Donald comes to work but on the day of my purchase he remained at work and diligent until approximately 9pm. Donald not only earned my trust and respect but before the day was out he earned my friendship. I will ALWAYS shop at Milton Ruben and always purchase through my new friend Donald Heathman. More

We found one online at Milton Ruben and immediately contacted the company who put me through to Charles Wills. Charles was upfront, honest, and down to earth from the get go. He listened to everything I had to say from car to financing and just from talking with him on the phone, I knew I wanted to buy a car from him - even if we did live almost 2 hours away. I have never been a "car salesperson" fanatic as I have always viewed them as pushy, but Charles really gave me a whole new outlook on the car buying experience. When I get ready to purchase another vehicle, I will travel to do so from Charles. I am highly recommending him and Milton Ruben to my friends who are interested in purchasing a vehicle. More
