My husband and I traveled from Charleston SC to Augusta GA to see a Dodge Ram that my husband had seen on the Internet. He talked with Patricia on Saturday, March 29th about the Dodge...she said the sale GA to see a Dodge Ram that my husband had seen on the Internet. He talked with Patricia on Saturday, March 29th about the Dodge...she said the sale ended on Sunday, March 30th and she would be there on Sunday. We decided to ride Sunday morning to Augusta...while in route we contacted Patricia and verified that we were on our way to see the Dodge Ram. When we arrived at the dealership we were informed that the Dodge had not arrived yet but was in route. We felt like it was a little of a Bait and Switch going on because she knew what we were looking for and at no time did she inform us that the vehicle we were interested in seeing was not at your dealership until we arrived. My husband then asked about a Toyoto truck and whereas we believe we received a good vehicle and good price we still felt a little disappointed in the way we were led to believe the Ram was at your dealership and instead that was not the case. More
The expertise of Tay Teeling and the crew at Milton Ruben is the only reason I buy all of my vehicles there. They are top-notch and just a pleasure to do business with. I get in and out in a breeze and am is the only reason I buy all of my vehicles there. They are top-notch and just a pleasure to do business with. Worked with Robert for 2 days negotiating on a vehicle. Explained to Robert what we were looking for we feel that we had a price that was acceptable. Spoke to Robert the day before we were going to see the vehicle, no mention of putting a deposit down, holding the car, etc... Received a text message from Robert at 12;00, 30 minutes before we left to drive 2 hours stating he had an emergency and wouldn't be there when we got there to ask for speak with Charles. We left at 12:30 drove 2 hours and arrive at the dealership. We find Charles and are told the vehicle was sold that morning??? We didn't get a call, an email, nothing to let us know the vehicle was sold. We drove 2 hours, both took time off of work, and spent money on gas to drive 2 hours each way for us to be told the vehicle was sold earlier that morning. I am extremely disappointed in how we were treated, this is truly unprofessional and I would in no way ever recommend this dealership nor shop at this dealership in the future. I want to warn all potential customers the way Milton Ruben Toyota does business. More
