While you purchased your used vehicle from another Dodge dealer, we tried to take care of your situation as fairly as we possibly could, while operating within the limits of the warranty and what Chrysler would allow us to do. At our expense, we issued you a rental car for the entire time your vehicle was in service. We regret the lengthy waiting time as we waited for parts to arrive, but we were in contact with Chrysler Technical Assistance the entire time trying to find the best solution for you. In the end, Chrysler gave you an extended service contract free of charge. Customer service IS a top priority for us, and the owner takes each negative review personally.
