Givi Maisuradze, the salesman, promised frequent communication, and they would address any concerns, but did not returned calls or emails for weeks or sometimes, not AT ALL. The brakes squeaked badly and there was another noise. I brought it back for service. TWICE. First, they all said squeaks are due to moisture. Second time they said it has a few months of brakes left. What? It is actually because there is minimal brake pads left. Jorden Miller, the service manager and Givi kept putting me off. Squeaks and rust, brakes are wasted. I asked them to replace the brakes, they would not. They dismissed me. They sent 4 managers to meet with me (5' female), obviously trying to intimidate me. I am exposing the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! More
