Amazing Experience My service at BMW was amazing. From the time I called to schedule the appointment, to getting there, to my service guy (Jaime), to Lily who gave me a My service at BMW was amazing. Excellent service I have appointment for Thursday but i had a change of schedule at work. Tim Does It Well Brought my car in for the scheduled service (covered by new car purchase) and was helped by Tim Cheng. In addition to the oil change, interior and en Brought my car in for the scheduled service (covered by new car purchase) and was helped by Tim Cheng. In addition to the oil change, interior and engine air filter replacements, I needed to have my non-retracting seat belt fixed, squeaking brakes checked and windshield wipers replaced. I was willing to wait but Tim was afraid all of these items would take most of the day so he was able to arrange for a nice 430i as a loaner so I didn’t have to wait. As it turned out, it only took 4 hours to take care of everything. My car was also washed when I picked it up. Thanks, Tim. More
