Not Pleased I brought my car in last week for a check-up regarding a rattling noise I heard upon initial acceleration, however, as that concern was undetectable t I brought my car in last week for a check-up regarding a rattling noise I heard upon initial acceleration, however, as that concern was undetectable to the service department, I was instead informed of a different problem. It was reported to me that my car was leaking coolant as a result of a broken thermostat that was to manage the engine's internal temperatures. I consented for the repairs and was able to pick up my car a few days later. However, now I find my car to be visibly leaking fluid, and I am guessing that my car is experiencing the same problem that was should have been corrected. I am waiting to hear back from the service department regarding the issue. I know it is a business, however, I pay enough money for my car, not to be given the run around or false promises for the quality of servicing that should be provided upon initial consult. More

Also when I did call them to schedule my appt they got me in the very next day with a 2017 loaner I had previously not test driven. The work was done quickly and professionally ! Purchase from Boston I was looking for a 2015 Mini JWC Roadster and Monrovia had just the car. Brian Froussine helped me get comfortable with the condition of the vehicle I was looking for a 2015 Mini JWC Roadster and Monrovia had just the car. Brian Froussine helped me get comfortable with the condition of the vehicle by sending me additional photos from his cell phone. I purchased it without ever leaving the east coast. The process was relatively easy and Brian made himself available throughout the transaction when I needed him, even when he was not officially on duty at the dealership. The only thing that could have gone better would be the finance department and shipping. Finance takes days to see a wire transfer clear when it should be hours. Monrovia does not take responsibility for shipping which is really necessary if they want to increase out of state sales. More

Basic service Although, I live closer to two other Mini dealerships, Mini of Monrovia is the only dealership I will take my car to. The staff is always friendly and keeps me in contact about my car especially if I'm waiting for the service. I trust them with my car and I can trust that they won't try to sell me some xxxxxxxx package each time I get my car serviced there. There have been perhaps two times that my car longer than expected, however I was always in contact with someone from the dealership. I guess they have a shortage of mechanics, but that can be any where too. Anyway, I'd recommend dropping your car off for the day and getting a loaner in advance. It makes life a lot more convenient.
