Great Experience!! I took my 2013 Mini Countryman there for a very rare issue, considering 25,000 miles, it basically a very young car but just barely out of Warrantee, I took my 2013 Mini Countryman there for a very rare issue, considering 25,000 miles, it basically a very young car but just barely out of Warrantee, however, the Key would stuck at the port can't eject....I contact Mini USA & they were nice enough help paying for the repair & replacement!! Kassandra, my Service Adviser, is the BEST...& she accommodate me well. The Car has to be kept there for approval process, without any complaint, she work all along with me to make sure I'm Happy & a Nice Gift Afterwards!!! A Very Reliable Dealer....Cheers!! More

Great service department I love these guys, they always take care of me. Every time I take my MINI for service, I get treated with a smile and respect. My service light came o I love these guys, they always take care of me. Every time I take my MINI for service, I get treated with a smile and respect. My service light came on telling me it's time for service, I scheduled my appointment, showed in the morning and was greeted very quickly. I received a call when my car was finished in the afternoon for pick up, I got there and hardly waited, car was pulled clean and shiny, great smiles by the staff. I visited Mini BMW on Monday, February 29, 2016 to look around for a used or new car, but was undecided on any purchase. I started thinking in the back of my mind I was having problems with my 2002 XKR Jaguar, Convertible Supercharger. As I looked around the car lot I met a dealer name Yahia, who was very polite, friendly and concern about any questions I had, it was an experience that all the attention was on my and the Hollywood spot lights was on for the Grammy Awards. I was joined with Mr. Kaz and Yahia made me feel very comfortable and was very detailed in answering all my concerns and question. I only had 1 new car in my life at the age of 16, when I decided to step out in faith by purchasing a brand new 2016 228i BMW, Sport Model, Convertible, Black/Black at the age of 61 - treating myself for my upcoming Birthday in April. Mr. Kaz and Yahia worked miracles joining in with Gus, whom help to make this deal a reality and a happy smile on my face in purchasing this brand new automobile. I had this beautiful car for 4 days and everyone I met even my Co-workers love my new car and I love it as well.
