When you think of dealerships you don't think your really going to make new friends to be honest. The experience my husband and I had at MTH WAS EXACTLY THAT!!! The website pricing was a little misleading. It includes a haggle free price and then a total price which includes the MTH Protection Package and DOC costs. I was under the impression that the MTH Protection Package was an optional thing that could be added or declined. It cannot; it's included in the total price. Listing the haggle free price on the website is the misleading part. They claimed my the truck I bought had been detailed by them when the got it. When I drove the truck, it looked liked it had only been vacuumed and wiped down quickly. It also smelled of cigarette smoke. After I got it home, I had a local guy detail it and it looked 10 times cleaner when he was done. He was also able to eliminate the smoke smell. This is what I expected when buying a $50k vehicle. Overall, I think the dealership good job. They were very responsive and made the buying process simple. More
