Are you kidding me what kind of a dealership is that and I wanted to get roof racks and cross bars but the guy there was too busy sleeping with a potato chips in his hand! I was stuck there for half day! And on top of that my vehicle was all greasy inside! This is the worth place I've ever been I didn't mind their sales department I got a very good deal from Shirley. Even after the initial flush of new-car joy has begun to settle down, I feel compelled to post for potential clients of this dealership that I had a fantastic experience working with Cameron Cocco, who took care of me from the moment I walked in without an appointment, and with Jamie Benti, who offered me a fantastic deal within moments of learning my budget. Even the person who handled the sales paperwork was a pleasure. During each of my several visits over the course of my purchasing research and transactions, every member of the Minuteman VW staff who crossed my path made me feel welcome and that my time and presence was respected. I was honestly a little sorry once I took delivery of my new car that I wouldn't have any more reasons to come by and chat with the team. The conventional wisdom is that negotiating a car purchase is at best a necessary evil, but with the good people of Minuteman VW in Bedford, it was downright fun. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them far and wide. More
