I have lived in Bedford for 9 years and have spent many hours walking the lot with my now 10 year old son who loves cars. My mother has had her cars serviced there and last year leased a Passat. I have occasionally looked at purchasing a vehicle yet for various reasons have not. This past week, I went in Tuesday evening to meet with Shirley. She showed me and my son 2 cars and the next morning my partner test drove them. By Friday we drove out with a new used Passat. Over the years I have met with several sales reps and Shirley by far is the most professional and skilled of all. Price is important but I will most definitely pay a bit more elsewhere if I don't feel comfortable with the staff at a dealership. That goes for sales and service. Please know that Shirley has done an amazing job with my family and our recent purchase. Treating your customers fairly, with respect and keeping true to one's word will serve you well in the Bedford community. More

After participating in an online buyer service for a Golf TDI I was contacted by four VW dealerships. Kyle made the initial contact with me. He is very courteous and was eager to help me. I selected Minu TDI I was contacted by four VW dealerships. Kyle made the initial contact with me. He is very courteous and was eager to help me. I selected Minuteman VW from other VW dealerships because I have purchased previously from Minuteman and have had my cars serviced at Minuteman and I have always been pleased with the service and the people. I arranged with Kyle for a time to meet with others at Minuteman and worked with Eric on discussion of the car. Eric is very knowledgeable about VW cars in general and was able to answer my questions as well as provide considerable technical information about the Golf TDI. We drove a manual TDI, which confirmed my decision to purchase. I met with Derek to discuss the P&S and any opportunity for savings. Eric spent considerable time with me familiarizing me with my car, and answered all my questions about the car, enabling me to feel very comfortable with all of the features of the car. Eric's time reviewing the car's features, answering my questions and overseeing the paperwork and details to set up the car was the most helpful experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Jake, who handled the service was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. He said the service would take an hour and a half and actually it was done sooner. All in all so glad I had my car serviced at Minuteman. If they had given me a competitive price, I would of bought the car there. So glad I have a good place for service. More

Valet parking upon arrival and upon departure was very nice -- no searching of the parking lot for my VW among all the other VWs. Courtesy vacuuming and washing of vehicle much appreciated.
