I was contacted to contact Gallatin Ford to schedule my F150 for a recall repair. I scheduled the appointment and additionally made contact with a live person a few days before scheduled date to check to a F150 for a recall repair. I scheduled the appointment and additionally made contact with a live person a few days before scheduled date to check to assure the parts was available. The scheduler confirmed parts were available. Delivered truck to shop as scheduled. They provided a courtesy ride home. Received text update on my repair. When the repair was complete was contacted and given the choice of picking my truck up at the dealership or they deliver it to my driveway. I choose the latter. Great experience! More
