Jennifer Seipp was great. The dealership was good, Ford Corporate was bad. Too long for a warranty decision, which in my opinion was the wrong decision. Front control arm passenger side snapped as I pulled out of my garage. This is an obvious part defect, and yes, it was out of warranty. However, that particular part never breaks without some form of heavy impact. In fact, they've been known to bend the frame before failure. Ford Corporate should've authorized the fix. 5300 dollars later, they replaced both the broken one on the passenger side, and the unbroken one on the driver's side. This indicates to me, that Ford knows that the part is bad, and took the precaution of changing out both, and charging me for both. Again, Jennifer was great, very helpful and empathetic to my plight. Ford Corporate could learn from her. I'm a long time Ford owner, and fan. But Corporate left a very sour taste in my mouth. The dealership did their best to cover for Ford Corporate. Unfortunately, that part failed at 43k miles, just 7k miles after the warranty expired. Vehicle is garage kept and very well maintained. My last Ford, A Ranger, is still on the road and going strong at 330k miles with no issues. In fact, it is still running on the original engine and transmission, and both are operating as they always have. Even the rear main seal on the engine is still holding. I say this to show that I do maintain my vehicles far better than the average person. Again, Dealership and Jennifer get high marks. Ford Corporate, gets an F. More

The only good experience this time was my service writer Jennifer. 2 hours for an oil change and I had an appointment. Unacceptable.
