Friendly staff. Quick service. There does need to be a better system for having recalled parts in stock. My service writer was not certain the airbag for my cars rec Quick service. Fortunately there was one in stock and I did not have to drive another thirty mile trip to have it done at a later date. Tech do poor work they don't complete the work had two new batteries installed in my truck techs didn't clean batteries cables or hold downs .That's is part of service and the cost of $200 for installatio new batteries installed in my truck techs didn't clean batteries cables or hold downs .That's is part of service and the cost of $200 for installation. Had a new battery installed in my 2016 Lincoln mkx tech didn't reprogram the up date right and the phone wouldn't store the recent calls and the interior lights stop working. Took the car back to have it reprogram kelk it all day and deck said it needed a new computer module of about $2000 talked to service manager about it and when I pick up the car the phone didn't work at so the service manger reprogram the phone then everything worked he also fixed the interior lights so I had a bad experience with the dealer ship I do want to say Stephanie was great maybe she needs to be a tech and yall would get a better rating I would also like to come in and meet the dealership manger thanks More

Honesty was the most important thing to me going into a dealer and he bought that he was 100% honest all the way through the door or shall I say out the door with my new car…. lol I can’t remember the guys name that worked in my deal but I tell you what that young man worked so hard for my happiness yesterday. He asked me what I truly wanted and what was my reality. He made a better deal than what was offered in my situation. I loved his honesty with me. I walked walk out that door yesterday with that car he was so awesome. I just cannot say enough about the team that worked with me yesterday Im enjoying my new car. I love the honesty.
