We have a 38 foot Rv and it had a recall and we needed an oil change I called for an appointment and they got me in the next day! We waited for the repairs and they got it done in a couple of hours! I had such a great experience with the service department at Gallatin Ford! Stephanie, my service advisor, was absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I also loved that the technician sent me a video showing me my vehicle and what they were looking at. I’ve never had a service department do that before, and it was honestly pretty cool! I went to two different local dealerships before working with Gallatin Ford, an hour from home, and I wish I had gone there first. Chris Horne was fantastic! He was personable & professional and went above with Gallatin Ford, an hour from home, and I wish I had gone there first. Chris Horne was fantastic! He was personable & professional and went above & beyond to find the vehicle I was looking for. He had it there in 2 days and worked out the best deal. Chad in financing was also very helpful and didn't sell me anything I didn't need. There was zero pressure at any point from the first phone call to signing the last document. I will recommend everyone looking for a new vehicle to go there, it's worth the trip. More
