My overall experience went from a potential one star review to a five star review primarily thanks to the efforts of Stephanie. Kind story short, I purchased my used vehicle in March and the transmissio review to a five star review primarily thanks to the efforts of Stephanie. Kind story short, I purchased my used vehicle in March and the transmission failed in August. Thankfully I purchased the powertrain warranty, yet was told I would only be given a rebuilt transmission and if I wanted OEM Then I would need to pay the difference. Thanks to Stephanie going to bat for me I received a new OEM transmission without paying the extra thousands of dollars. She communicated with me through the whole process and turned an unhappy situation into a satisfied customer.
