I felt the service and sales needed more praise. So I have not gotten my car yet, im still waiting on tires to be put on which they could of just not said anything to me and sent me on my way. Chad has been there with me every step of the process. I was looking at two cars like night & day, Chad gave me the pros and cons of each one, he was never dishonest with me through this transaction. I have been to a few dealerships in the past & to be honest I wasn't looking forward to this one either. I was waiting for people to just walk past us because we are just average people on a fixed income. That did not happen at all first guy we seen we asked for someone my father spoke to the day before, well he was not there so we asked him if he could help us. We were looking for a vehicle my dad seen day before, and he could not find it. He didn't give a story, he didn't give up. He looked all over and found the car at another dealership down the road getting an oil change. He went and got the vehicle for me so I could see it. Chad did so many things for me that he didn't have too or most people would have just not want too be bothered by. I needed to let everyone how amazing he was. Explaining everything to me going above and beyond for his customers. That's customer service at its finest. Our party was all he cared about at that time. I will recommend him to everyone I know and who needs a vehicle. Great service all the way. Having to wait a bit doesn't bother me one ounce because I know he is doing everything he can for me and he is totally honest and up front. THANK YOU CHAD FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE BUYING A VEHICLE!!!! This place was very clean, professional atmosphere, reps were friendly, polite, so nice. Loved the music that was playing. What I really thought was amazing is Chad was basiclly finished with us, and all th were friendly, polite, so nice. Loved the music that was playing.
