This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from this dealer ship.My credit score was a 810 and I had a good payment record. I guess you only get good customer service when you purchase a new vehicle. This will be the last vehicle that I purchase from them. More

After taking the vehicle off the lot for a test drive getting treated with kindness from Salesman DL whom accommodated me with a half a tank of gas purchase. I felt confident as if I was getting a reliab getting treated with kindness from Salesman DL whom accommodated me with a half a tank of gas purchase. I felt confident as if I was getting a reliable vehicle. So I returned back to the dealership sign paperwork deposit my down payment and drove away off the lot with the vehicle. Well check this the same night my better half decided to take it for a test drive. When he returned he stated that there was caution lights that came on. That very next morning I called the dealership they told me to bring the vehicle back and they'll take care of the problem. Mind y'all that this is an as is vehicle purchase. I wind up being without this vehicle for a week they didn't even call me I called them to see what was going on. Moving fast forward I received the vehicle back in my possession next day lights back on same problem. Still to this day I'm dealing with the same problem moral of this story I'm lost out of a large down payment with vehicle problems on top of that car note. Oh and to mention Manager Eric should not even be a Manager you could really point his personality out as all about money because it shows all over him. He only came out when it was time to talk about the money, purchase, insurance, credit, Loan. Take my advice leave those used vehicles alone especially when it comes from a dealership you would think they would issue a 30 day warranty or something in that nature that wasn't the case. I've been a week without a vehicle after making a purchase straight from this lot . I could have chosen any dealership but I came to this dealership with cash money ready. I'm sure they knew about the vehicle issues before putting it up for sale? So again why I'm I without a vehicle for weeks of purchase with a dealership tag still on it? More

Worst service ever in 35 years of owning a Toyota. They replaced a tail light. The turn signal & reverse light did not work after I got it home. The light did not even look like the other one. Checked before I left, yep it looked the same as other light and worked. Again after I got home realized the rear bumper is not flush on one side (the bumper is remover to replace the light). So I contacted the Service Manager, Desaray, and I am to contact her as to when I can bring it in AGAIN. Contacted early in the morning, left VM. No return Csll. Called again before lunch and Receptionist said she would carry the message directly to her. And here it is over an hour later and no return call. Looking now for another dealership to do my service and purchase my next car. And because of this experience may not be a Toyota. Service Manager’s name is spelled Desiree. More
