Spring 2026: I took my wife's 2018 RAV 4 in to the dealership svc center to have some routine maintenance completed. I paid approx $2,700 in total, including $1300 to have her trunk repaired--it was g dealership svc center to have some routine maintenance completed. I paid approx $2,700 in total, including $1300 to have her trunk repaired--it was getting stuck in the up position. After the work was completed and while I was still at the svc center, I observed that one of the trunk's hydraulic lifts (I had been apprised by the svc advisor that the lifts were the culprit) was still making a crunching sound. I asked the svc advisor about that, and he didn't believe it to be an issue, so I a bit reluctantly concurred. I also observed that the respective hydraulic lifts did not match eachother, even though I had been apprised that 2 new ones had been installed, however assumed that maybe they weren't supposed to. After waiting 12 hours for the services to be completed, I drove away. Later that evening, while my wife and I were out-and-about, the trunk got stuck in the up position several times. We hoped that this was a post repair fluke. I also noticed when we returned home the car was leaking oil (as evidenced by oil spots on my new garage floor). I took the car back in to the svc center a 2nd time to have the oil leak addressed. I was apprised by a svc advisor that the automotive tech had neglected to fully tighten a gasket, and that this had been remedied. The next day, I noticed the car was still leaking oil and that the trunk was again getting stuck in the up position. I took my wife's car back to the svc center a 3rd time to have those issues addressed. I was apprised this time by a svc advisor that the oil leak was due to the tech not having cleaned up residual oil after the services were completed. I was also informed once again that the trunk had been fixed. The next day I observed that the trunk was still getting stuck. I took my wife's car back to the svc center a 4th time. I was apprised by a svc advisor that a faulty part had been used for the initial repair (I wondered if this was why the respective hydraulic lifts didn't match) and that another would be ordered. I discussed my frustration with a svc advisor and asked if it was not customary for a svc center, as a gesture of goodwill, to provide at least a free oil change when a customer receives this kind of sustained unsatisfactory service. He kindly obliged. I returned a 5th time to the svc center to have the new trunk hydraulic lift installed. After the repair, I observed that the respective hydraulic lifts now matched, and that the trunk was finally quiet as it opened/closed. I shared this with my wife, who asked me if I had questioned the svc center as to whether they had initially placed a used or substandard part on her car, or whether they had only replaced one of the hydraulic lifts (I had wondered the same thing). I apprised her that I had not asked and that I was tired, having had 5 visits within 2 weeks for the same issues. I provided an account of the aforementioned to the svc center mgr, and later to the ops mgr, who promised remedies. In sum, after spending approximately $2700 for routine maintenance and replacement of trunk hydraulic lifts on my wife's 2018 RAV-4, and after 5 visits and much frustration, the car appears to finally be fixed. I've got my free oil change in pocket, and was later provided a partial refund by the ops mgr for the services rendered. However, I am reluctant to return to this svc center. UPDATE: Summer 2026: I somewhat reluctantly returned to the svc center with my truck this time to get the free oil change. I was apprised by the svc advisor that I needed $2389 worth of maintenance work. I believed I had recently gotten some of the work taken care of at another Toyota svc center. I asked the svc advisor if he had access to those records, which he confirmed. However, those records were not reviewed. Had I not kept good personal records myself, and had I taken the svc advisor's recommendations, I would have spent $1459 on services I had just had completed within More

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE SERVICE DEPT- I took my 2023 Tundra to Miracle for its 35,000-mile service. I told the service advisor that I wanted the services that Toyota states are needed at 35,000 miles. Tundra to Miracle for its 35,000-mile service. I told the service advisor that I wanted the services that Toyota states are needed at 35,000 miles. When I picked the truck up later in the day, the bill was $1,690. I thought that that was expensive, but I was in a hurry, so I paid the bill and left. Later, I examined the invoice and found that they performed 10 services, totaling $1,400, that were not needed. I tried to resolve this issue with Miracle directly, also with Toyota Corp.'s Brand Engagement Center, and also with the SC Dept. of Consumer Affairs, but no luck. Finally, I sued them in small claims court. I lost because the judge in essence said that this was a case of buyer beware. I was supposed to have examined line-by-line the work that they stated that they were going to perform before I gave them the go-ahead. Note that they do not perform the services as listed in the Toyota Service Guide; they have their own "Dealer Services" that they dreamed up, which includes a lot of items that are unnecessary. More

Not sure if this company is having financial issues or is just fraudulent but beware. We sold our 2024, 4 runner to them 8-7-25 it took them until the middle of September to get the vehicle paid off, we had to make an extra payment so it didn't hurt our credit. It then took until the middle of Oct for them to pay us what we were owed, and the first check they gave us bounced, almost causing us to bounce checks in our account, two weeks later they got us another check, that was 200.00 less than what was owed. Yesterday the GM Derek was able to get that to us, and told me he had personally paid it, to get the event behind them. Derek was the only person there who would answer questions or help in any way, but seemed he had little control in any of this. Would never expect this kind of business from an established Toyota dealership. Seemed very fraudulent and unprofessional. Stay clear of this dealership! More
The entire process with this dealership has been a nightmare. First, they tried to slip a higher interest rate (6.9% instead of the 5.49% we were approved for) into the paperwork until we caught it—ve nightmare. First, they tried to slip a higher interest rate (6.9% instead of the 5.49% we were approved for) into the paperwork until we caught it—very sketchy. Within 48 hours of driving off the lot, our truck had sensor errors, and scheduling service was a joke. The girl on the phone repeatedly misunderstood what I needed, scheduled the appointment for the wrong vehicle, then made me start over. When I finally got it scheduled, I was told same-day pick up was possible, but when I arrived at 7am, the service advisor said that wasn’t true and I’d need a rental—which no one could figure out how to arrange. After countless calls, hang-ups, and being ignored, I was finally told someone named Derrick approved a rental for our appointment next week. But based on how inconsistent they’ve been, I have little faith it’ll actually work out. On top of all that, four weeks later they still haven’t even paid off the loan on the truck we traded in, and that payment is now due. No one will answer the phone or return any calls. More
I was not aware that the 2025 Prius Limited I purchased did not have the Panoramic View Monitor until we drove it home. Miracle Toyota North Augusta SC USA offers a 72 hour exchange for a vehicle of equal or greater value. I was willing to pay to cover the upgrade, cost of dealer transfer if necessary including hotel stay and meals for the drivers. I was told the agreement did not cover dealer-transferred cars. Nothing in writing supported this. Nothing we signed stated this. Asked to speak to the General Manager and never received a callback. Sales Manager was helpful, but deferred to General Manager for decisions. Panoramic View Monitor should be a standard safety feature, not an “option”. This is my fourth Prius. 2006, 2011, 2018 were top of the line. Thought “Limited” was top of the line for this generation. Very disappointed. More

Derrick Corbitt attempted to deceive me by pushing a 2024 Toyota Tacoma with over 900 miles, refusing to offer an identical model with just 200+ miles, claiming the lower-mileage one already had a deposit. H Toyota Tacoma with over 900 miles, refusing to offer an identical model with just 200+ miles, claiming the lower-mileage one already had a deposit. He then insulted my 2023 Ram trade-in, griping about its 13,000 miles. What does he expect—a brand-new, zero-mile $60k truck for a trade-in, just so I can be stuck with a high-mileage vehicle? This blatant greed has completely turned me off from considering a Toyota from this dealership. This kind of behavior isn’t how you win customers—it needs serious addressing. We walked away after he repeatedly lied about the lower-mileage truck, which is still listed online as available despite his claim of a deposit, yet it remains on the lot and website. More
I found that they had a Tundra 1794 coming in that was the right color and configuration except for running boards. I input my trade in on the website and gave them my email so we could negotiate. Trade the right color and configuration except for running boards. I input my trade in on the website and gave them my email so we could negotiate. Trade-in was $3000 lower than my trade highest value, the new vehicle had a minimal discount and the price provided was $23400. The tax had been figured wrong as I live in Georgia and the cost of the running boards was not included so it would be much higher. Included was the $1995 "Make Me Rich" worthless add on and a doc fee higher than any other dealer in the area. I found the exact vehicle inbound at the cross town competitor. It was in port and they were able to make configuration changes and get the running boards added and the hood PPF deleted. My final price was $13500, more than $12000 less than this dealership. They claim to never be beat on price but that is certainly not true. When you turn down their offer they just stop communications, never to be heard from again. More
