OUTSTANDING I haven't ever written a review before but I was so impressed with my service that I just had to. I called on Tuesday for an appointment to take of a warranty problem that Toyota was paying for. They gave me my requested appointment for Friday. I was leaving for a trip Friday afternoon and needed the truck fixed. They said it would be done. I dropped the truck late Thursday afternoon. Friday morning Carl called at 10AM to say it was ready. It was a 4-5 hour job: turns out they started it right after I dropped it. Extremely happy with the whole experience! More

Excellent Service for a First Time Buyer Being a first time buyer, I was very nervous about car shopping in general; I did not want to feel like I got “over on”. Kelvin Neal, my salesperson, was very patient with me and was able to answer all of my questions that I had. He made sure that he focused his attention on me and my wants through the whole process. He also made sure that we found the perfect car for me within my set budget. The finance manager, Byron Duvernay, made sure I understood everything every step of the way and that I was comfortable throughout the whole process as this was a big purchase for me. He was very patient and dilligrnt in working with various banks to find the right fit for me. Would definitely recommend to anyone buying/leasing a car. I will surely be back myself! More
