Morgan Hitt at Bob Richards Nissan and Toyota was an absolute joy to meet and work with. She "stayed on it" but did not bother me, ever. The rest of the team at BR Toyota were also 1) all working together, 2) outgoing and friendly, 3) easy and smart. The vehicle we selected was not what we set out for. But after driving the Highlander and realizing the options we prefer in a vehicle that we plan to keep for a long time, we zeroed in on the exact, perfect choice. Now it's in my garage...looking good. Big thanks to Morgan and since she is young, we wish her a world of good luck. Service managers and mechs are tops My usual service writer at Bob Richards, Ms Desiree Grayson, has given me outstanding customer service. She is always polite, friendly and profession My usual service writer at Bob Richards, Ms Desiree Grayson, has given me outstanding customer service. She is always polite, friendly and professional. She listens carefully to me. She arranges quickly for me to look at parts that have broken whenever I ask to see them, and sets me up with a mechanic, if need be, to explain what he did. All the mechanics I have met through Ms Grayson have thoroughly and politely explained their work and shown me what failed or needed replacing. I have NEVER had that kind of service before in over 50 years of owning cars. During my last service call for an oil change, I meant to ask for the 3-oil-change package, but forgot. Ms Grayson had reviewed my record before I got there and asked if I wanted that package again. I did, and I bought it. On occasions when Ms Grayson is not there, the other service writers at Bob Richards have given me excellent service, too. I would never take my Avalon anywhere else. More
