I am hard of hearing, but thought I heard a noise from the left front of my car when turning. The mechanic determined that a seal had gone bad on the CCV and that it needed changed. During his test drive, he determined that the right CCV was also make noise, but not as much. So I was given an option of fixing it as well, which I did. It is minor in comparison the the actual quality of their service, but I do appreciate the comfort and set up of their waiting area. I got a lot of work done at one of the tables available. Ms Grayson kept me well informed. I trust her and the shop. More

Our experience was extremely friendly and efficient. We signed paperwork, bought some running boards from Dana in the parts department, and were on our way. Power Steering Dealer had identified a leaking power steering hose during previous maintenance. I had seen no evidence of it. Saturday morning when the car was moved Dealer had identified a leaking power steering hose during previous maintenance. I had seen no evidence of it. Saturday morning when the car was moved out of the garage there was a puddle on the floor. Took the car directly to the service department without an appointment. Crystal greeted me, had the problem I described checked out and then had it fixed within the hour. Now that's service!
