I hate going to dealerships because I usually get gouged, but Mr. Beasley bent over backwards Mr. Beasley was outstanding and the service was awesome. I hate going to dealerships because I usually get gouged, but Mr. Beasley bent over backwards and provided a brake job quote that saved me hundreds of dollars and even took the time to locate a coupon to lower my costs. Unheard of! I will return to Bob Richard's Toyota for all work on my vehicle from here on. More
