Service Department - Excellent! I live in Atlanta. I was in Augusta for a family funeral, and my new used 2016 Sienna..would not start at Zaxby's. The closest Toyota was Milton somet I live in Atlanta. I was in Augusta for a family funeral, and my new used 2016 Sienna..would not start at Zaxby's. The closest Toyota was Milton something.. i went there explaining the urgent situation. i was told the wait was over 2 hours. I then said..can't you just hook it up and check it quickly. I need to get to the funeral. Again I was told other customers had appts and had been waiting and i couldn't just jump in front of them. We found Your dealership which was further away. I called and spoke to Crystal..who was so understanding and said..please if you have time, bring it up..we can check everything b/c i don't think it's the alternator (auto Zone hooked it up and said it was). we drove up there and she took the car right back...in less than 15-20 mins..your staff said the battery had a bad cell..and they were already replacing it. Crystal was amazing..so helpful and did everything right in my book. Customer service is key..and understanding your customer's situation is even more important. My biggest concern was getting back to Atlanta safely with a van load of family members. I could tell she was just as concerned and gave me complete assurance we were good. If i lived there...i would always come to your dealership for service... a Completely different experience than the "other" dealership in Augusta. I felt they were terrible. Thank you Crystal...you know how to take care of your customers..even those that you may never see again! More

Wonderful, Aquietta was fantastic, your hold team was great I originally came in to service my 2015 RAV4, your service department is top notch.
