Great Experience Had to have my 2016Tacoma towed in to this dealership after an unexpected shut-off & several warning lights came on. I was 45+ mi from home late in th Had to have my 2016Tacoma towed in to this dealership after an unexpected shut-off & several warning lights came on. I was 45+ mi from home late in the evening. My truck was towed to the closest delearship which was Bob Richards. The assistant service manager, Carl, called me first thing the next morning@ 7:15 assuring me they would get right on checking out my truck & I soon after found out the problem, crank shaft sensor. After ordering the part, my truck was ready just after lunch the following day. Would have preferred not have had this happen but because can never control unexpected incidents, was glad of my positive experience at Bob Richards!! (Many thanks!) More
