A "painless" experience at Bob Richards. Normally, we hate to go shopping for a new car. It's always high pressure to get us to buy a car that day. It comes first from the salesperson or if not him, always from the manager who comes to talk final figures and why they can't possibly meet the price we want. And then as we're ready to walk out the door, "somehow" they "might" be able to make it work after talking with the big boss. We have already been followed out the door into the parking lot trying to get us to come back in. We received none of that at Bob Richards. Both our salesman and the manager were very informative and did not try to pressure us at all when we said we needed to go home and look over our budget to see if we could afford the car. Because of the way we were treated, we were very happy to come back a couple days later and purchase the vehicle we wanted. Kudos to all the staff at Bob Richards. More
